I'm a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition candidate, on track to become a registered dietitian. I work to provide personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance that supports whole-body health and wellness.
While undergoing my doctoral studies at Fairfield University, I have completed multiple dietetic rotations at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT and Danbury Hospital. I also have experience in community nutrition, completing a rotation at Bridgeport Rescue Mission.
Since beginning my practice, I have garnered experience working with a variety of clients. Please visit my "services" page to review some areas of focus.
At the core of my practice is a client-centered, individualized approach to nutrition, recognizing that everyone’s needs and concerns are unique. I believe in the power of collaboration, working closely with each client to develop a personalized plan that aligns with their specific health goals and lifestyle. This partnership ensures that your journey toward optimal well-being is both achievable and sustainable.
Grounded in a holistic philosophy, my approach considers the complex connection between nutrition, mental health, and physical health. I strive to support you not only in reaching your health goals but also in fostering a balanced, positive relationship with food. With self-compassion at the heart of my practice, my goal is to empower you to make choices that nourish both your body and mind. By understanding the deep link between food and overall health, we can work together to cultivate a lifestyle that promotes long-term wellness and a joyful connection with food.
